Taylor Swift has the seal of approval from Travis Kelce’s family amid talk of the couple getting engaged in 2025, according to reports.

Kelce and Swift’s romance has gone from strength to strength since they confirmed it publicly 18 months ago, and now the singer’s die-hard legion of fans are desperate to see them make it official.

As engagement rumors continue to swirl, Page Six are reporting that the Kansas City Chiefs star’s family would ‘love’ for him to propose to Taylor as they believe she’s a ‘perfect fit’ for him.

An insider is quoted as saying that the Kelce clan – consisting of Travis’ mom Donna, dad Ed, brother Jason and sister-in-law Kylie – all ‘adore’ Swift and hope to see them ‘spend the rest of their lives together.’

‘They’ve never seen Travis so happy with a girlfriend before,’ the source reportedly said about Kelce’s family.

‘[His] family gets along great with Taylor’s family too,’ the insider continued. ‘Their families blend seamlessly.’

They are also said to be confident that Swift is not using Kelce for fame and that she ‘truly loves and cares about him for who he is’, describing her as having a ‘heart of gold.’

The songstress showed her support for Travis in New Orleans over the weekend as he lined up in a third straight Super Bowl with the Chiefs.

Unfortunately for him and Kansas City, their bid to pull off a famous three-peat came crashing down at the final hurdle following a 40-22 defeat against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kelce produced an underwhelming display on the night, registering just four catches for 39 yards as his lover watched on from her private suite.

And to add to his woes on the night, he could only watch on when Swift was loudly booed after appearing on the jumbotron inside Caesars Superdome.

Travis’ family reportedly ‘felt awful’ when she received the hostile reception, while DailyMail.com also revealed his own reaction to the jeers earlier this week.

A source close to Kelce said: ‘Travis was aware of Taylor getting booed and he felt helpless. Seeing the look on her face got to him.

Swift, who was also mocked by Donald Trump over the warmer reception he received on Sunday night, was not greeted positively by Eagles fans given she is a Philly supporter at heart, before switching allegiances to Kansas City amid her romance with Kelce.

‘It’s clear to many that the Eagles fans feel she is a traitor of sorts – being from Pennsylvania and even wearing Eagles gear prior to dating him,’ the source added. ‘[But] Travis believes that it was unnecessary for Trump to take a dig at her especially after he voiced that he was honored for a president to be there.

‘After Taylor being shut out for a Grammy and Travis losing the biggest game of the year it just hasn’t been a good week for them. But he knows that even though this is not a happy ending to the season having her love gives him so much joy.’
