Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have made their minds up on marriage and kids
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift were joined by the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s brother, Jason, for the record-breaking ‘New Heights’ podcast.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift appeared completely smitten during the record-shattering ‘New Heights’ podcast, which dropped on Aug. 13, and the high-profile pair is allegedly prepared to elevate their romance to new heights.

The Kelce brothers created podcast history by featuring Swift as their guest, marking her first major long-form interview appearance. The live debut attracted 1.3 million simultaneous viewers and accumulated over 13 million views within the initial 24 hours, shattering previous records for podcasts launched on YouTube.

Prior to the podcast’s release, Swift and Kelce had maintained a relatively private presence and capitalized on their free time before 2025 NFL season preparations commenced. This period has proven invaluable for the duo, as they now feel prepared to contemplate matrimony and starting a family. It comes after Travis and Taylor made their minds up on marriage and kids.

A source told US Weekly: “This time together solidified Taylor knowing that she wants to be with Travis forever. They want to be married and have kids in the future.

“They’re both genuinely ready for that chapter. Taylor and Travis have settled into a real rhythm as a couple, and the more time they spend together, the more they realize how aligned they are. During this downtime, they really noticed all the little things they have in common. They feel like they’ve found their person.”

In 2023, the worlds of sports and entertainment intersected when rumors swirled that Swift was romantically involved with Kelce. Swift started showing up at his NFL games and even shared a heartwarming moment with Kelce after his Super Bowl victory in Las Vegas.

Both Swift and Kelce have had their share of high-profile relationships, but they’ve found common ground as leaders in their respective fields. In a GQ interview, Kelce revealed how Swift’s understanding of fame has deepened their bond.

“I hadn’t experienced somebody in the same shoes as me, having a partner who understands the scrutiny, understands the ups and downs of being in front of millions,” Kelce said. “That was very relatable, seeing how exhausted she would get after shows.

“She may not think of herself as an athlete. She will never tell anyone that she is an athlete. But I’ve seen what she goes through. I’ve seen the amount of work that she puts on her body, and it’s mind-blowing.”

Kelce doesn’t feel like he’s living in the limelight when he’s with Swift, and he believes their relationship is more authentic than it’s often portrayed. “Whenever I’m with her, it feels like we’re just regular people,” he expressed.

“When there is not a camera on us, we’re just two people that are in love. It can be perceived as something else because of how much it is talked about and how much we are tracked whenever we do go out, but I would say that… it happened very organically, even though from a media standpoint it was being tracked.

“When I say it was so organic, we fell in love just based off the people we were sitting in a room together with. We are two fun-loving people who have the morals to appreciate everyone for who they are. We share all those values. It kind of just took the f— off.”
