Taylor Swift treated one of her biggest fans to a surprise gift to promote her new album, The Tortured Poets Department, on Friday.
The Style songstress, 34, sent a handwritten note to The Hills alum Spencer Pratt, 40, along with a box of branded goodies.
Unboxing the gift on social media, Spencer gushed, ‘Yeah, that’s right! That’s a note from Taylor Swift. Handwritten, of course!’
He then pulled out a large vinyl copy of the singer’s new album and vowed to frame it on his wall.
Digging through the box, Spencer unwrapped a beige colored sweatsuit branded with ‘TTPD’ – The Tortured Poet’s Department.

‘Oh, you’ve gotta be kidding me,’ he exclaimed. ‘As much as I love a cardigan, people have been saying I look like an old lady in a cardigan.’
He continued, ‘I don’t care what people say obviously, but I’m not gonna look like an old lady anymore in my sweatsuit from Taylor Swift!’
From there, he opened a small box containing a gold bracelet, which was also branded with TTPD.
Unfortunately, the reality star admitted that the bracelet was too small for his wrist, so he turned it into a makeshift necklace instead by connecting it to one of his Pratt Daddy chains.
‘I’m gonna go on a wrist diet so we can get this clasp around my thick wrist,’ he said.
In another video, Spencer changed into the sweatsuit and then posed while waving around the new album and the handwritten note from Taylor.
‘This drip from @taylorswift is life changing,’ he gushed in the caption.

The short note started by saying, ‘To my fellow member of The Tortured Poets Department, here are some tokens of my gratitude for your support, from me, sincerely.’
It continued, ‘I hope you’ll welcome this album into your life (and vinyl collection!) with all my love, and tortured poetry.’
The hitmaker signed off with, ‘Your friend, Taylor.’
Spencer and Taylor’s friendship goes back years and started when The Hills villain vociferously defended the pop star against backlash she received in 2016 following her feud with Kim Kardashian and Kanye
West.
At the time, the public had turned against Taylor and were flooding her social media pages with snake emojis.
To repay Spencer for his public support during that period, Taylor invited him, along with wife Heidi Montag and their son Gunner, to see her Reputation tour.
She also invited the family backstage to hang out and took selfies with them.

Heidi and Spencer also attended the singer’s Eras tour in August, although it’s unclear if they made it backstage that time.
While Taylor has just returned to the music scene with her 11th studio album, Heidi is also preparing to make her pop comeback.
The I’ll Do It singer was recently in the studio with indie electro artist Brooke Candy to record a new track called Eat Pray Slay.
After getting out the booth, a giddy Heidi exclaimed, ‘It’s a hit! Congrats everyone, we did so good.’
Brooke then gushed, ‘You sound amazing. This is a hit. We gave the gays what they want.’

The Los Angeles-based singer later shared a photo of herself posing with Heidi to X and captioned it, ‘Studio day with the queen @heidimontag.’
Heidi announced her return to the music scene back in January.
‘I am so excited to be back in the studio. Thank you to all my amazing fans for making Superficial such an international viral hit!’ she wrote at the time.
She added, ‘So excited for the next chapter of music.
The reality star’s pop comeback was spurred by the viral success of her track I’ll Do It, which hit two billion views on TikTok and China’s Douyin.
