NFL star compared himself to a stripper
Sometimes the best insights come from a casual chat between brothers-especially when those brothers are NFL stars Travis and Jason Kelce, of the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, respectively.
On a recent episode of the “New Heights” podcast, the duo veered away from their usual football talk to poke fun at the classic romantic comedy Pretty Woman.
But this wasn’t just a stroll down memory lane. Instead, they imagined what happens when you flip the story on its head.
The idea? A new movie called Pretty Man-where the roles are reversed, and it’s a wealthy, high-powered woman who’s completely out of her element, trying to navigate everyday life.
According to Travis, the heroine would be so elite she wouldn’t even know how to drive her own car.
Jason was quick to point out that Travis is basically living this script in real life, thanks to his relationship with pop megastar Taylor Swift.
“Travis, you’re basically living Pretty Man right now,” Jason teased. “You’re owning Julia Roberts straight down.”
Taking it in stride, Travis cracked a self-deprecating joke about his role.
“I’m basically an NFL stripper,” he laughed,
“Wearing nothing but a tie when Taylor gets home.”
The comedic exchange was clearly a highlight, even referencing Travis‘s recent brush with Julia Roberts herself, who caught one of Swift‘s concerts last summer.
