Prosthetic butt, chaotic energy, dad-style kung fu moves: Eminem’s cameo in Happy Gilmore 2 is everything Adam Sandler teased and more.

Sandler said he hesitated to call Eminem. “I didn’t want to bug the guy,” he explained on The Dan Patrick Show—but eventually gave him a ring and pitched the idea. “He’s like, ‘Yeah, yeah, send me the stuff’”, Sandler recalled. And Em delivered.

He dived headfirst into the chaos with a wild, over-the-top appearance that includes a Slim Shady quote and an alligator attack.

Marshall doesn’t show up as himself; he fully commits to the bit, playing a hyped-up, unpredictable character that channels all the manic energy that fans love in Slim Shady. It’s ridiculous, it’s physical, and it’s very, very funny.

For anyone who remembers his short role in “Funny People”, this one’s a step up: a full-on comedy moment that proves Em still knows how to surprise us.
