And Cardi B made sure to thank the most important people in her life as she accepted the statue for Best New Artist at the iHeartRadio Music Awards at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. on Sunday night.

The 25-year-old rapper performed five of her hits before changing into a darling maroon-colored dress and giving a quick nod to her haters after chirping that her first album will debut on April 1.

The Bronx-born beauty thundered through a five-song setlist of her greatest hits. Showing off her sculpted legs in fishnet stockings, she closed her set with a sizzling rendition of her most famous single Bodak Yellow.

Cardi’s straight black hairdo cascaded from under a gleaming black navy-style cap, and her top was cinched in to play up her svelte frame.
