Stephen Colbert fired shots at President Donald Trump after the controversial incident where the President flipped off an autoworker who called him a “pedophile protector.” Colbert addressed this in the latest episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Colbert also brought up the issue of the Epstein Files again.

Donald Trump mocked by Stephen Colbert over heckler incident

Stephen Colbert, who has been quite vocal about his disdain for Donald Trump in the past, once again brought up the recent incident where the President flipped off an autoworker. The autoworker called Trump a “pedophile protector” as he toured a Ford facility in Detroit earlier this week.

“You got to hand it to that autoworker for getting under Trump’s skin like compound butter on a Thanksgiving turkey,” Colbert said about the incident on the latest episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. “And all because he brought up the Epstein files.”

Colbert proceeded to ask bluntly, “Where are the Epstein files? Where are they?” The question saw loud cheers from the audience.

During his campaign, Trump promised to release all of the files related to Jeffrey Epstein if he were elected. Nearly two years on, only some of the documents have been released to the public. Congress ultimately defied Trump and ordered the release of the files, but the Justice Department did not fully comply.

“You signed a law mandating that you would have to release the Epstein files by the middle of last month, but you still haven’t.” Colbert added, “It kind of makes you seem like a… what’s the phrase? Pedophile protector!”

This topic of the Epstein Files also garnered reactions from fans online. The YouTube clip featuring this section garnered numerous comments about the incident, and it also sparked discussions on other social media platforms, including X and Reddit.
